Morgan Wallen was the musical guest Saturday night on SNL. At the end of the show, the cast, along with host Mikey Madison and Morgan, gathered on the stage to say goodnight to the audience.

Morgan exchanged a hug and a few words with Mikey before he walked offstage right past a camera. Social media quickly started talking about his awkward and early exit from the stage. TMZ also reported that a source said it was "an oopsie moment," and Morgan didn't realize he was expected to stay onstage. That is a little hard to believe since he's previously been a guest on SNL, so he should know how this works. Morgan didn't share any video or moments from his time on the show this weekend. He did share a picture of the plane on the tarmac as he was leaving New York City, and wrote, "Get me to God's Country" on the post.
