United Way Haliburton Kawartha Lakes Kicks Off 2025-2026 Campaign with Community Event at The Barder Shop
Lindsay, ON – United Way for the City of Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton County is excited to launch its 2025-2026 Community Campaign with a special evening event on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at The Barder Shop, 5 Cambridge Street South, Lindsay.
The event begins at 5:00 PM and will bring together community members, partners, and supporters to celebrate the impact of United Way’s recent work and unveil goals for the upcoming campaign season.
Tickets are $20 per person (limited availability) and include light refreshments and fresh pizza. A custom United Way-themed Italian soda will also be available for purchase.
The evening will feature the introduction of this year’s Campaign Chair, Barbara Doyle, Managing Director of the Kawartha Lakes Museum and Archives. Barbara brings extensive experience in community engagement and advocacy and will speak on the campaign's focus for the year.
